Tertius Maree has written three books about sectional title. The first one Kits Deeltitel Oplossings was published in 2000 for the first time and is in Afrikaans.

In 2006 Sectional Titles on Tap Volumes I and II were published. Volume I is the updated English version of Kits Deeltitel Oplossings whilst Volume II consists of a bundle of forms required for sectional title administration.
